Snowmass is huge with 3,132 acres (1,267 ha) of lift operated terrain. The mountain has a vast mixture of cruisers, glades, steeps, terrain parks and halfpipes, all accessible by 21 lifts and 91 slopes. Snowmass has the highest vertical rise of any ski area in the country with 4,406 feet (1,343 m). That's higher than four Eiffel Towers.

Snowmass is best known for its wide-open, groomed slopes and family-friendly activities and has long been rated one of the best family ski areas in North America.
The new Base Village is strategically located at the entrance of what is arguably the finest ski and snowboard mountain in the world and features the Treehouse Kids' Adventure Centre.
